UK law gives you 14 days to change your mind on an online order; we give you 30 on unused items in their original packaging. One email starts it, we send the return instructions, and refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 working days of the parcel reaching us.

Yes. We deliver to every UK postcode England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. A small number of Highlands, Islands and offshore postcodes may take one to two extra working days.
Most orders arrive within 2 to 4 working days. Order before 2pm on a working day and we dispatch the same day. Next-day delivery is available at checkout on eligible items.
Standard UK delivery is £3.49 and it is free on all orders over £25. You do not need to choose anything or enter a code: as soon as items are in your basket the delivery cost is calculated automatically from your postcode and basket total, and it drops to free once you pass £25.
You have the statutory 14-day cooling-off period from the day your order arrives to tell us you are cancelling, and a further 14 days to send the items back. On top of that we offer a 30-day returns window on unused items in their original packaging. Full details on our Returns Policy page.
